What floatify is
floatify is a non-custodial interface for launching and trading coins on Solana through Raydium's public LaunchLab and CPMM programs. floatify never holds your funds or keys: every transaction is built for you to review and sign in your own wallet.
No advice
Nothing on floatify is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Coins launched here are created by their users, not by floatify, and floatify does not endorse any coin.
Risks
Coins are highly speculative and can lose all of their value. Prices can move sharply, liquidity can be thin, and transactions on Solana are irreversible.
A coin paired with a tokenized stock is not a share and gives no rights in any company. Pairing assets are issued by third parties under their own terms, which may restrict some countries or persons (for example, US persons for some tokenized stocks). You are responsible for complying with those terms and with the laws that apply to you.
Your responsibilities
You must not launch coins that infringe others' rights, impersonate people or brands, or are unlawful, fraudulent or abusive. floatify may hide such coins from its interface. Hidden coins still exist on-chain.
You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and every transaction you sign.
Fees
Trading fees are set on-chain at launch and shown before you sign. They are split between Raydium, floatify and the coin's creator as described in the Docs.
No warranty; limitation of liability
floatify is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, floatify is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the interface, the underlying programs, third-party tokens, or market conditions.
Privacy
floatify has no accounts and sets no tracking cookies. Images and metadata you upload for a launch are public. floatify indexes public blockchain data. Service providers that process requests: Vercel (hosting, storage), Helius (Solana RPC), Neon (database) and Jupiter (prices).
Changes
These terms may change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
